Hi Stampers,

I am super excited to be part of this years ESAD Annual Catalogue blog hop.  For those that have popped over from Libby Dyson’s website www.libbystampz.blogspot.com.au welcome to my blog!

So what is ESAD?

ESAD stands for “Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators” and it is an on-line group just for Australian and New Zealand Stampin’ Up! demonstrators

We love what we do & love to share with our customers, friends, and wonderful blog visitors. We also share what we love in our ESAD Demonstrator community, through swaps, challenges, sharing knowledge, ideas & friendship, and we’re always there to help and support each other.

So if you are a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand, then please leave me a comment with your Email address and I’ll contact you with information on how to join our wonderful group.

In today’s post I wanted to showcase a gorgeous new stamp set called Wildflower Meadow.  This background stamp can be purchased as a bundle with the matching embossing folder and it is fantastic value at 15% off.

So first up here is a card showcasing both the wildflower meadow stamp set & embossing folder along with three of our gorgeous new in-colours;

  • Stamp Sets; Wildflower Meadow & Label Love
  • Ink; Crisp Cantaloupe & Baked Brown Sugar
  • Card stock; Whisper White, Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding & Baked Brown Sugar
  • Accessories; Pearls, Wildflower Meadow embossing folder & artisan label punch (this punch matches the label love stamp set and can also be purchased as a bundle – see page 33 of the new catalogue for more info)

In this next Z fold card I stamped the wildflower meadow image onto whisper white cardstock using melon mambo ink and then fussy cut out the flowers to create a stunning bouquet of flowers which I think matched the new Gingham Garden designer series paper rather well;

  • Stamp Sets; Wildflower Meadow & Feel Goods
  • Ink; Island Indigo & Melon Mambo
  • Card stock; Whisper White, Pear Pizzaz* & Island Indigo
  • Paper; Gingham Garden Designer Series Paper
  • Accessories; Rhinestone Basic Jewels & Little Leaves sizzlits

Finally I tried a new (to me) technique in this next card by inking up the wildflower meadow stamp with island indigo ink and then spritzing it with water prior to stamping the image on to our naturals white cardstock.  I love the water-colour look that resulted from this technique;

Wildflower Meadow 1 - Island Indigo watercolour technique - stampwithanna - Anna Mathieson

  • Stamp Sets; Wildflower Meadow & Label Love
  • Ink; Island Indigo & Early Espresso
  • Card stock; Naturals White, Island Indigo & Early Espresso
  • Accessories; Stampin’ Spritzer (filled with water), Pearls, cotton ribbon & artisan label punch

I hope this has shown you how versatile this wildflower meadow bundle can be (check out page 83 on our new annual catalogue for more inspiration).  Here’s the details of the bundle;

  • Wood Bundle – 132735 AUD $37.95 / NZD $46.50
  • Clear Bundle – 132985 AUD $32.95 / NZD $39.75
